Shipping policy

The pieces are all made to order and carefully handmade. All orders are processed within 3 business days to 5 weeks (except weekends and holidays). During sales or Black Friday, please allow longer production time.  You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ArgoAtelier is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
