Refund policy

Please note that you have 14 days to return an item since the day you received it. The item needs to be returned unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. 

ArgoAtelier allows only return only due to manufacturing issues. Please inspect your items as soon as possible, and send an email for any concerns. We will follow up with instructions for the return after it has been inspected and approved.

ArgoAtelier will not refund worn items or damaged after the item arrived to you.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, email us first, we are happy to help.
